Hydraulic Fluid is used in many everyday types of mechanical systems and equipment such as dump trucks, power steering systems, transmissions, excavators, backhoes, forklifts, tractors, and many other types of industrial equipment. The main function of a hydraulic fluid is to transmit power mechanically throughout a hydraulic system. A hydraulic fluid must also lubricate, seal and protect all of the hydraulic systems components against heat, rust, oxidation, corrosion, demulsification, wear, and friction. We formulate our hydraulic fluid to exceed industrial standards with only the best base oils and additives. Zinc is the workhorse additive in any hydraulic fluid, or at least it should be in most applications. Our zinc exceed levels measured in ppm, exceed the industry standard.
