Alpha Flushing Solvent

Alpha Flushing Solvent is an extremely effective solution to remove all build-up of varnish, sludge, and other deposits. It is recommended for gearboxes, hydraulic systems, compressors, transmissions, engines and nearly any other oil lubricated system. It is added to the oil sump at a dosage of 25% to 100% depending on the application and severity. The most common dosage is 25%.

Alpha Flushing Solvent contains no petroleum solvent because petroleum solvent cannot effectively remove petroleum derived residues and deposits. Our Flushing Solvent will rapidly and efficiently remove harmful deposits by lifting them from the surfaces of metal by electrostatic action. This product is made of three organic components and is carried in a high quality lubricating base oil. This allows most machines to remain in service while the solvent is in use, however this depends on the application.

Alpha Flushing Solvent can be used at ambient temperature, but its action is much more rapid if the temperature of the component being cleaned is kept at 130°F or higher while circulating.
