Alpha Megamoly 15W40

Alpha Megamoly 15W40 is an excellent choice for all operating conditions ranging from general duty to severe operating conditions. It is formulated with the additive Moly, a proven friction modifier, which provides an excellent lubricant film that prevents metal-to-metal contact and frictional wear.

Alpha Megamoly 15W40 uses only synthetic calcium sulfonate detergents, the only type of detergent that prevents deposits from forming on the crown land and the top of pistons. The use of synthetic calcium sulfonate is one of several reasons users experience very long drain intervals when using this product. Calcium sulfonate is a very important detergent additive that neutralizes the strong acid by-products that are produced when diesel fuel is being burned in an engine. If these acids are not neutralized, they will attack the inside components of an engine and cause major damage.
